Abraham dies and is buried next to Sarah. Isaac and Rebekah have twins named Esau and Jacob and their rivalry begins in the womb. Esau later sells his birthright for a pot of lentils. Due to a famine, Isaac moves to Gerar and repeats his father’s mistake by claiming Rebekah as his sister. After admitting his sin, God blesses him, and tensions arise with the Philistines. In the end, Isaac makes peace with Abimelech.
