What we have been announcing for decades is coming true right now: God is being ignored—in political life and in science, with Orthodox Christianity in total defiance of biblical Truth. While Israel is being isolated and the American Empire is failing, Germany intends to become Europe’s leader, with Britain’s downfall and its surrender to Europe continuing.
The current administration has applied the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 to deportations of aliens. Is this law constitutional, and if it is, can it be legally used as a basis for such deportations? The US Supreme Court has had opportunity twice to look into this question, but has sidestepped it.
The current administration is considering suspending habeas corpus. Would this be constitutional? Are the administration’s attacks against lawyers and judges constitutional? Is a recent executive order ending birthright citizenship constitutional? The US Supreme Court heard oral arguments this week on this and related issues. How will they decide—or will they sidestep this important issue as well?

The “kangaroo-court” conviction of Trump in New York might lead to further incredible developments, when Judge Merchan will sentence Trump, beginning on July 11. Will Merchan send Trump to prison? Biden’s response to the verdict sounds hypocritical; and turning to other news, Biden’s allegation that Hamas is now unable to carry out another October 7th attack is incredibly naive. Special Counsel Robert Hur concluded in his report that Biden “willfully retained” highly classified and top secret documents at unsecured locations, but recommended against prosecuting Biden as a jury might not convict him because of his “perceived mental decline,” “confusion,” “diminished faculties” and “poor memory.” Democrats quickly condemned Hur for his “inaccurate, inappropriate and gratuitous comments.” But as this program will show, Hur’s comments were none of the above. Many examples are given which seem to support the concerns of a vast majority of Americans about Biden’s mental health. Which leaves us with two alternatives: If Biden is too senile to stand trial, then he must resign as President. If he is not mentally incompetent and his memory is good, as he claims, then he must be prosecuted. But replacing Biden with another candidate might already be too late and may constitute other serious challenges for the Democratic Party.
