Preaching the Gospel and Feeding the Flock

compiled by Dave Harris

“Pope Leo’s Condemnation of Trump’s Unholy Iran War,” is the title of a new StandingWatch program, presented by Evangelist Norbert Link. Here is the summary:

Pope Leo XIV has condemned those leaders who have hands full of blood, claiming that God rejects them and does not listen to their prayers. Franklin Graham disagrees, stating that there are “just wars.”  Are there just wars? Trump accuses the Pope of catering to the Radical Left, while the Pentagon is allegedly threatening him with military force. Trump’s subsequent AI-generated image of him as Christ has been described by conservatives as blasphemy and an Antichrist spirit. In his latest public statement, Leo blasted the masters of war who destroy, rather than rebuild and help. Would Christ be welcome today with His Sermon on the Mount?

“Glaube an Gottes Schutz,” last Sabbath’s German sermon presented by Norbert Link, is now posted. Title in English: “Faith in God’s Protection.”

“Trumps totales Versagen im Irankrieg—ein Kommentar zu den Weltnachrichten, 11. April 2026,” a message presented by Norbert Link, is now posted. Title in English: “Trump’s Total Failure in the Iran War—a commentary to world events, April 11, 2026.”

“Illusion des guten Christen,” last Sabbath’s first split German sermon, presented by Christoph Sperzel, is now posted. Title in English: “The Illusion of the Good Christian.”

“Satans Kreislauf der Selbstzerstörung,” last Sabbath’s second split sermon, presented by Thilo Hanstein, is now posted. Title in English: “Satan’s Cycle of Self-Destruction.”

“The Destructiveness of Sin,” last Sabbath’s first split sermon, presented by Rene Messier, is now posted. Here is the summary:

The message discusses five points in regards to what sin is and how it can affect our relationship with God. It also emphasizes the importance of overcoming sin.

“The Third Commandment,” last Sabbath’s second split sermon, presented by Paul Niehoff, is now posted. Here is the summary:

The third commandment is usually assumed to forbid using God’s name in a frivolous or vain manner. This is true, however, since we are a part of God’s family, we need to be careful that we do not profane God’s holy name by our actions. We are to be an example to others by our obedience to God and fully respect His name that we bear.
